YNM Voluntary Donation

During this Covid-19 crisis, we are receiving no income via YNM or any other activities. We are the 'self-employed' you have probably been hearing about, who are currently receiving no government support. We are asking, therefore, that if you enjoy the online classes and/or the blog, please make an occasional donation to help us keep going. This does not affect your credits, which are on hold, and to those monthly members still paying, firstly, thank you, and secondly, of course please don't feel you need to donate. We can't emphasise enough, this is purely voluntary and we entirely understand that others too may be facing financial hardship. Thank you Emma & Martin

Single leg squat Warrior
Single leg deadlift
Lunge hops
