Circuit 2
2-4 rounds
10 bird dogs
10 side plank leg raises
Plank builder for 20, 30 or 60 seconds, if you can’t do a full push up.
If you can you are continuing with 50 push ups daily broken into blocks if needed but aiming to do 50 straight out.
